Bahrain FinTech Bay Announces Supporting Partner with Google Developer Group Manama

Manama, 6 September 2018: Bahrain FinTech Bay (“BFB”) is pleased to announce Google Developer Group Manama (“GDG Manama”) as a supporting partner. BFB and GDG Manama will cooperate on delivering workshops in the run up to Startup Weekend Bahrain and add value to Bahrain’s FinTech ecosystem.

Google Developers Group Manama is an independent group that is committed to uniting developers in all technologies and sharing knowledge within the community. The group shares a common interest in technologies including but not limited to Android, TensorFlow, and Google Chrome platforms while dealing with product APIs ranging from Maps API, Youtube API, and the Google Calendar API.

This collaboration emphasizes the efforts of both entities in the transformation and positioning the country as a technological hub in the region.
