Bahrain FinTech Bay (BFB) announces collaboration with Supreme Council for Women (SCW) to Support Eq

We are thrilled to announce the collaboration between Bahrain FinTech Bay and the Supreme Council for Women to actively support the sustainability of equal market opportunities in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The partnership will begin with the release of the nation’s first FinTech Gender Balance Report.

It will highlight the current state of female participation in the fields of finance, ICT, and FinTech and deep-dive into the challenges of today’s educational streams, employment opportunities, and societal concerns.

It will conclude with recommendations on the best course of action to accelerate the gender balance within the Kingdom. The joint research aims to act as the point of reference for the public and private sector into transforming and adapting to the market changes influenced by the society.
