Steven Pearce is the Managing Director at FinTech Consortium. Steven has over 20 years experience in the Stock Broking, Fund Management and Capital Markets Industry.

 

He has worked in multiple jurisdictions across the globe including Australia, UK, Cayman Islands and Singapore.

Steven has been involved in numerous capital raisings and public listings predominantly for technology companies on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), Singapore Stock Exchange (Catalist), Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX-v) and Switzerland (SIX Swiss Exchange).
 

He founded Singapore based Diverse Capital in 2014 which specialises in;
•    Strategic Investments (Private and Mezzanine Financing)
•    Fund Raisings (Pre-IPO, IPO and Secondary market fund raising)
•    Public Listings (Reverse Takeovers, IPO’s, Dual and Secondary listings)

Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) and was previously licensed as an Australian Stock Exchange Derivatives Advisor (ASX ADA2) and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Fund Manager.​
